Q&A

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 15th so we can have an accurate headcount.

What if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

We have a fixed guest list and can only accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. The venue does not allow children to safely participate, so take the night off from parent duties and be fully present with us instead.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You can note your allergies, dietary restrictions, and anything else we need to tell the kitchen in your RSVP.

What should I wear?

Help us set the tone for a wonderful day by wearing formal or cocktail attire. Gents, we appreciate you coming in a suit or tux. Ladies, you will look great in floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits, or pantsuits.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception, dinner, and party will be indoors with covered options for stepping outside. We will be in Copenhagen’s city center, so be prepared for cobblestones. There will be a short walk (~10 minutes) from the reception to the after-party.

Copenhagen’s weather is notoriously unpredictable. We’re hoping for clear skies, but have an umbrella and light jacket ready if the forecast isn’t in our favor.

Do you have a gift registry?

Your presence at our wedding celebration is the biggest gift we can ask for. For those wishing to give a gift, we would be happy for a contribution to our honeymoon. A MobilePay Box will be shared. For those without MobilePay and wishing to make a contribution, get in touch with either Nele or Moma.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

At the ceremony, we’ll take a moment for those who want a quick photo, but otherwise wish to have an unplugged ceremony. You are welcome to take photos during the rest of the wedding, but please wait to post until after the festivities.

Can I contribute to the program?

We would love for you to get involved! Please reach out and we’ll connect you to our toastmaster, Auguste.

I am from out of town. Do you have recommendations on where to stay?

Most of Copenhagen’s inner districts are beautiful and it’s easy to get around on the metro or by bike. We recommend finding an Airbnb close to the venue in either Vesterbro or Østerbro.

How do I best get around Copenhagen?

We recommend public transport or renting a bike if you are staying within the city. The DSB app will let you get tickets for every type of public transportation in Denmark. We suggest using Donkey Republic or Lime for flexible bike rentals.

Uber is the easiest way to take a taxi in Copenhagen. If you need a car, GoMore or Green Mobility are the best for short-term rentals.

Where should I park?

Parking in inner Copenhagen is tricky and expensive. If possible, leave the car at home and take public transportation or a taxi/Uber.

How will you update us on the program or any changes?

Keep an eye on this website. Any changes will be communicated here.
